Bunnylane's Bear - aa BB C- dd E- STUNNING STEEL FREE BLUE SELF
Bear is a Blue Self (Steel Free). He is a friendly, cheeky, chuncky bunny who always looks quite stylish. He is very handsome and a lovely example of the breed.
In his first show (a 4 Star no less) Bear won both his classes. I am really pleased and surprised; the competition was strong and one of the judges was Hazel Elliot!
Stella - ata BB C- dd Ee - Lovely Blue Otter
Stella was my foundation buck for my otter and self lines, and what a rabbit!. He is now living with Dawn on the Isle of Sky. The top pic shows him in his new home with Dawn. Stella is a very nice cobby type, with a lovely head and crown, that he passes on. He also has the most beautiful nature. He was bred by Shirley at Lancashire Lops, out of a Blue Fox Doe from Clemantine Stud. Being fox bred it is highly likely he carries chin. His paler tanning is indicitive of this. I have since learned if I am to improve the tanning in Otters, I need to breed out the chin, so I had to move Stella on.
Stella lives on here in his progeny and is very sadly missed . He has 2 sons and a daughter who are show winners, so he has passed on his lovely type. Thank you Stella, I owe a lot to you.
