Top Picture is Willow (Mum) and below is Stella (Dad)
As a younger kit his blue and agouti brothers had the edge on him for body type, but he had the better head and crown. As you can see in the picture below he is a stylish bunny with a nice overall shape. The top pic was taken at 12 weeks and the bottom pic was taken at 16 weeks. Bear has only been shown once; this was at Lanark 4 Star show in Oct 09. He won both classes. He was up against some good competition and the judges were Hazel Elliot and Julie Pooke.

A nice bunny and my first homebred black otter (immediately above pic with mum Willow). Mocha took a 2nd and a 3rd at her first show (a 4 Star show). The judge said she has a nice, very good black back, and is a decent type. She just needs more size like most Otters. Mocha is very sweet natured like her dad.
This kit was the biggest in the litter and had a very deep body and good shoulders. Esso got a 2nd to Bear in one of his classes in his first show (a 4 star show). Well done Esso.
At Stoli's first show he came 1st and was awarded a Challenge Certificate in the U5 months French Lop Class. Well done Stoli, and well done Richard and Heather. He behaved like a star and only a baby : ) too. Stoli was awarded another challenge certificate at his second show, in his 3rd show (a 4 Star) Stoli was up against some amazingly big rabbits for under 5 months! He still managed a 2nd and a 3rd, and behaved like a little star yet again.
Agout carrying Self or Otter. Stoli is maturing into a nice Frenchie. Like his mum Willow, he is taking time to mature, but he will probably end up a huge bunny.
Larry at 4 months old. What a stunner he is!
Both very nice types. Larry the Opal boy is one of those rabbits who has a very gentle nature, he has been like that since day 1. He has a lovely head, depth of body and overall is a very nice type, he is slightly smaller than his sister.. As you can see the Black Otter girl Evie is also a lovely shape and colour. The bottom two pics were taken by their new owners Richard and Tracey when they were around 11 weeks old. In the top pic Larry is 4 months. As you can see they are two very settled and happy in their new home.

Osca is a Blue Otter and is growing into a nice big Frenchie. His paler colour is likley to be indicitive of him carrying chin. He is a very striking boy, a typical Blue Otter! I have had Osca nuetered. It was unlikey I would breed from him as I am trying to breed out the chinchilla from my otter lines. This way he can have more freedom and a happier life. Osca has now gone to live with Angela and has a new rabbit friend Cherrie.
Another exceptional otter with excellent tanning and a lovely head shape. Wilow has give me an amazing litter and they all stand out!
Top photo Mum Helga and below with Stella the Dad
Yoko is 10 weeeks in the top photo, and 6 months in the bottom pic. She is a steel free blue self (Chin). At her first show she took a 1st, a 2nd, a Challenge Certificate and a Best of Breed. Most amazingly, she behaved herself and took it all in her stride! Well done Yoko, and well done Richard and Heather : ) Yoko took Best of Breed at her second show, this time in the adult class. In her 3rd show a 4 Star show, Yoko took 2nd in a very strong adult class. In her 4 th show 'Bradford' a 5 Star show (the best it gets), she won the adult Self class and took 4th best French Lop in entire show. This girl just keeps getting better and better.
Top pic is Skye at only 3 weeks old. A beautiful Blue Self born 23 Apr 09. Parents Helga and Stella.
Sky was slightly smaller than her siblings, but stood out for her lovely shape, striking rich colour and very sweet personality. Skye went to her new home at 10 weeks old and settled very quickly. She was supposed to be an outside bunny but Skye had other ideas!
Unfortunately when Skye was only 12 weeks old she had a very serious accident, and an x-ray confirmed she had broken her back leg in 2 places. The majority of vets would have suggested euthanasia there and then, and the majority of owners would have agreed but unusually Skye's story did not end there. Angela and Martin's vet offered to try and fix the leg, and her owners agreed to give it a go.
Skye underwent a 4hr operation. Skye made it through this first op and was kept at the vets for observation over the following week. Just when they expected to take her home the vet called to say things had taken a turn for the worse. He feared the leg may have fractured again. The prognosis was amputation.
To cut a very long story short the following morning when the vet was preparing to do the op he noticed her putting some weight on the leg. He decided to give her a few days to see what happened and to his astonishment the swelling in her leg reduced and she went from strength to strength. Within 4 weeks she was hopping around and was allowed home, with all 4 legs still intact!
Thanks to a very talented and caring vet who kept costs to a minimum (it still cost her owners £300 but many vets would have charged tripple that), and thanks to very caring owners who could not really aford the expense but did not want to give up on her, little Skye lives on.
The pics above and below were taken on the 16th of August 2009 when she came to visit me. You can see she is out of coat and out of condition, but given what she has been through she is just amazing. Sky was really calm and hopped around her old garden for 5 minutes or so, totally at ease. The picture below shows her bad leg (right side) well. It is still early days but the signs are very good. I will keep you posted on her progress! Skye is now a 100% house bunny and a very special pet. She went for a check up on the 26th of August and all was well. The vet who performed the op is pleased with her progress. Her lovely calm nature has no doubt helped little Skye through all the trauma.
Update: it is now the end of Sept 09 and Skye is doing very well. She is putting more weight on her leg and is picking up in condition.

What a lovely looking girl Roxy is - top and middle pics at 6 months. See how the grey colour has come through in her adult coat.
Opal with his new best friend Honey - thanks for the pics Katerina - sorry but I've deleted your e-mail address by mistake so couldn't thank you for the pics in person!
.This little bunny always licked my hand. She started at about 3 weeks old and continued right up until she left me at about 11 weeks old. She was so sweet!
John at 4 Weeks
Looks like he will be a huge buck and he has a head so like his mum. The photo above was taken at 10 weeks.
This little girl is quite small as she tends to be pushed out by the mob in the scrumage for food, but she is a real stunner and has a beautiful nature. She is a particularly lovely rich slate blue colour, and has a super head. She is a steel free self! Little Sky has had a bit of a time of it lately following a serious accident. I have posted her story at the top of this page.

Baby bunny at the front is "Rosie". Rosie isn't a REW but is a Ghost Chinchilla, a very unusual colour. She has blue/grey eyes and although appearing completely white her undercoat is grey. Behind Rosie is her brother Rainbow a fawn, and on her right is Sapphire a Blue Chin. Babies were 5 weeks in this photo.
